By accessing and using the Chhingu Spare Parts website (the "Site") and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

2. Products & Pricing

• All product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
• Prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• Product specifications and compatibility information are provided as guides. Please verify compatibility before purchasing.

3. Orders & Payments

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment or selection of Cash on Delivery.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
• For eSewa payments, the transaction must be completed successfully before the order is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or replacement.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across all 7 provinces of Nepal.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery location. Free shipping may apply for orders above the threshold displayed at checkout.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• Please inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage within 24 hours.

5. Cancellations

• You may cancel a pending order within 10 minutes of placement from the order status page.
• After 10 minutes, orders can only be cancelled by contacting our support team.
• Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled through the website.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Custom-ordered or special-order items are not eligible for return.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Coupons & Discounts

• Coupon codes must be applied at checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively.
• Only one coupon can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
• Coupons have minimum order requirements and usage limits as specified at the time of issue.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any coupon or promotion at any time.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and place orders.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
